The aim is to reduce the stress out of finding your perfect property and ensuring a comfortable process as smooth as possible. Our experienced negotiators will need to obtain all the information to find your dream property and its exact requirements.

When we have found all your requirements, we will gather a specific range of properties for you to view. You can preview the property online, and later on if you have found a specific property which attracts your attention than an immediate viewing can be arranged at a suitable time when you are available including weekends and evenings.

At every stage of this process you will be updated via telephone and email as soon as a property which meets your requirement is available. As soon as you have decided on a property, our staff will hold a meeting to negotiate with the landlord and yourself to come up with a suitable rental figure and terms. As soon as the terms and conditions are confirmed and agreed, we will be start on tenant referencing.

KKB Letting Fees

10% payable in advance for the initial term of the tenancy.

Rent Collection

12% payable in advance for the initial term of the tenancy.

Full Management

14% payable monthly. *5 months free Management (terms & conditions apply)

Where the Landlord requires additional services provided by third parties KKB will provide a quote for the consideration of the Landlord.

Tenancy Fees

Once you've found the ideal property and your offer has been accepted, we'll start preparing the tenancy agreement and organising your 'move-in' day. We try to keep the tenancy charges very simple and transparent, so if you are unsure it's best to ask the KKB office dealing with your offer for a full break down of costs.

That said, we don't want you to have any unwelcome surprises when it comes to signing the contract, so here's a list of what you can typically expect to pay:

The tenancy agreement fee covers the costs of creating a contract for the tenancy, as well the administration associated with holding your deposit, the cost of referencing including checking your credit status, previous employer, current or past landlords, and taking into account any other information to help assess the affordability of your tenancy application.
